Margaret has more than 30 years of consulting experience in communications and market research including both qualitative and quantitative methodologies. She is a professionally trained focus group moderator and has extensive experience on projects of regional, national, and international scope. Margaret has experience with a wide range of research projects for private and public-sector organizations, including those within the education, health care, community development, economic development, housing, and tourism sectors. Margaret holds a Bachelor of Public Relations from Mount Saint Vincent University and is a credentialed Certified Analytics and Insights Professional (CAIP).

Margaret has over 25 years of consulting experience in strategic market research, group facilitation, in-depth interviewing, and communications. Margaret is a professionally trained focus group moderator and regularly works at provincial, national, and international levels. She is asked by the media to comment on matters of public opinion on a regular basis. Her areas of specialty include focus groups, stakeholder interviews, website usability testing, advertising and communications evaluation, concept testing, brainstorming, and quantitative research. Margaret holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) from Simon Fraser University and a Master of Arts from the University of Southern California.
