As Chief Operating Officer of eBay Canada, Rob Bigler leads strategy and execution of Canadian experience for one of the world’s largest online marketplaces. In this role, Rob oversees product development, content, localization, shipping, customer service, display advertising, legal and finance. 
 

Rob was most recently Senior Vice President of Digital Transformation at Holt Renfrew, which included responsibility for the Information Technology teams and building a personalized omnichannel customer experience across the business. He has also held senior roles in multiple markets around the world with The Selfridges Group, Wittington Investments, Sears Canada, Associated British Foods and Bain & Company.
 

Rob holds a Master of Business Administration from Wharton and an MSc and BSc from Stanford University. In his spare time, Rob enjoys traveling and new adventures with his wife and four boys.
