Workshop: Scrum for Teams

PLEASE NOTE: This training has eligibility requirements for participation listed below - please read carefully

The objective of this course is to show participants what Scrum is and how to implement this framework to achieve better product delivery, improved team morale and improved customer satisfaction. Scrum is the most popular agile framework. Around 58% of organizations worldwide use Scrum or Scrum variants, with adoption being particularly strong in industries like software development, IT, and digital transformation projects. The methodology’s focus on iterative delivery, continuous improvement, and flexibility makes it suitable for a wide range of applications beyond just software development.

From this training, participants will gain knowledge in how organizations can achieve an agile way of working and learn techniques to do so. The information in this course is based on the international standard set by the Project Management Institute (PMI), the Agile Alliance and the Scrum Alliance.

The concepts that participants will learn strengthen product delivery, team motivation, customer satisfaction and project cost control, among other benefits.
