With nearly 20 years in senior HR roles across post-secondary, non-profit, and private sectors — and as an entrepreneur — I bring deep experience in leadership development, workplace culture, and talent management. I hold an MBA from Saint Mary’s University, a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching, the ACC credential, and I’m a Certified NeuroTransformational Coach.
