About Us

Epiphany HR Consulting provides tailored Human Resources solutions and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives for a range of clients across industry. Client services include talent management consulting, HR advising, recruiting top talent with a focus on employment equity, performance management, employee engagement, and Policy development. We also provide one-on-one career counselling and leadership coaching. Epiphany helps clients foster a diverse and inclusive workplace through strategic planning, employment equity initiatives, education, and awareness-building.

Founder and Principal Consultant, Tracy Mageau, holds an MBA in Human Resources and Marketing from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Saint Mary's University. She has over 25 years of progressive HR and DEI experience across a broad range of industry in the private and public sectors in Halifax and Toronto. Prior to establishing Epiphany in February 2022, Tracy's recent and notable roles included senior HR and DEI leadership positions with the Government of Nova Scotia and Dalhousie University. She is also a passionate educator with experience teaching Human Resources at Dalhousie and the Nova Scotia Community College.
