About Us
Katimavik is a national youth services organization with nearly 50 years of experience supporting workforce and community development across Canada. Through FuturePerfect, a 12-week employability program, Katimavik partners with Halifax-area employers to place motivated young people in meaningful roles while providing a wage subsidy and reducing hiring risk.
