New Leaf Global Services Inc. is a Nova Scotia-based consulting company providing Fractional COO services, operational strategy, systems development, and trauma-informed consulting for founders, nonprofits, and purpose-driven organizations. Founded by Jessie Taylor, New Leaf helps businesses move from overwhelmed to operational by improving workflows, strengthening internal systems, supporting leadership, and creating sustainable growth strategies.

Under the New Leaf umbrella, The BraveArt Project operates as a creative wellness and advocacy social enterprise focused on healing through therapeutic art, education, and community connection. Through BraveArt, therapeutic art kits, workshops, educational resources, and creative wellness initiatives are used to support survivors of domestic violence and individuals impacted by trauma.
