Led by Roberta Rose, Stumped works alongside leadership teams to bring clarity to how work is structured, decisions are made, and progress is tracked. The focus is practical—reducing friction, improving consistency, and turning good intentions into real results.
Stumped is about building capability inside the organization. Sometimes that includes stepping in directly to help move things forward, then handing the work back with clarity and structure.
Roberta brings experience supporting organizations in financial services, complex operational environments, national defence programs, and the long-term care sector, backed by formal training in Lean, Six Sigma, Change Management, and Project Management, and an academic foundation in Forestry (BScF). She is comfortable working with executives and frontline teams alike, helping translate strategy into day-to-day execution.
