Registered Nurse of 30 years and passionate about keeping our elderly loved ones safe as they age in place. I complete a comprehensive panel of health and safety assessments such as fall & skin integrity risks, medication review, cognitive functioning screening among others, to seniors at home. Providing real-time health status and peace of mind to adult children, who may or may not live in HRM.
